Tom has been in the residential building industry for over 25 years. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange, Chatham counties, as well as the National Home Builders Association. Tom has been involved, many years, in building homes to be showcased in the "Parade of Homes" and has been awarded for his accomplishments.

Remodeling and additions has also been a part and still is of Tom's past.

Designers, architects, engineers, and craftsman are continually worked with to ensure the best design and flow for each homeowners needs.

Throughout the years of business Tom continually accomplishes an excellent builder/homeowner relationship that brings about his high customer satisfaction rating.

Tom has been acknowledged as being a hands on builder being personally involved and literally getting his hands dirty to ensure the homeowner is completely satisfied.

Community involvement is important and Tom has been involved with such organizations as Habitat for Humanities, volunteering his time to build houses. He was also involved with a community built playground in his hometown, being project manager for the 7 day build for a project that was 18 months in planning.

Susan has a background in finance as well as in real estate. Currently she has a North Carolina Real Estate license. As a licensed realtor she is held to a strict code of ethics. Being current in the real estate market she is well aware of the details that bring a home lasting value. Susan works with a group of designers and suppliers to ensure top quality details to each home, whether it's cabinetry, flooring, countertops, hardware, etc. Every detail counts and we look after each and every detail.

If you are building a custom home with us, Susan will work diligently with you to make sure each step is kept within budget. My job is to make building a new home as stress free for the homeowner as possible.

Community involvement is important to Susan as well and she stays involved through her children's schools and church.
